Helen Law was born in Taiwan and raised in Hong Kong. She obtained her B.Sc. and M.S. from the University of California at San Diego, and completed her studies and training in Chinese medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

Helen Law is licensed to practice acupuncture in New York and New Jersey.

Helen has great success in treating various pain syndromes such as acute and chronic neck pain, upper shoulder pain, low back and sciatic pain, dysmenorrhea, infertility, abdominal and epigastric pain, and headaches. In addition, she is well experienced in treating allergy and asthma, common colds, influenza, irregular heart-beat, skin rashes, irregular menstruation, stress-related mental and emotional problems, and detoxification.
Her treatments include acupuncture, tui na, herbal prescription, moxibustion, cupping and gua sha. She also practices craniosacral therapy and pain neutralization technique. Helen is the author of A Learning Guide for Acupuncture, and A Study Guide for Practical Therapeutics of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has also translated a number of works on TCM therapeutic methods from Chinese to English.

In addition to being a superb practitioner of medicine, Helen is caring and gentle. She firmly believes in the value of communication and always finds time to listen. She is fluent in English, as well as her native Chinese dialects of Mandarin and Cantonese.
